Free or Pro?

Building and editing forms, fields, notifications, and confirmations works on WPForms Lite. Reading and managing entries needs WPForms Pro. The agent checks which edition is active and tells you when something needs Pro.

Where do entries come from?

WPForms stores submissions in its own entries table on Pro. The agent can list, read, mark, and delete them once Pro is active.

Can it migrate forms?

Yes. A WPForms form can be read into a shared form format and rebuilt in another supported form plugin, and the other way around. Submitted entries are not part of the migration.
