Which version is required?
Spectra 2.19 or newer. Spectra Pro (1.2+) adds advanced popup conditions, form integrations, and reCAPTCHA.
Does it edit block content on the page?
Block-tree editing on a page uses the native Gutenberg abilities. This specialization adds the plugin-specific parts, like the popup builder and block registry.
