Grok WordPress AI: connect from grok.com or a Grok bot

September 24, 2026

Our new video shows how to connect Grok to your WordPress site with Novamira, in two ways: through the Connectors page on grok.com, or directly inside a Grok bot with a copy-paste prompt. Both take just a few minutes.

Novamira works with any MCP-compatible client, and Grok is no exception. Once connected, Grok has the same access every other client gets: it reads and edits your site through Novamira: pages, content, code, plugins, whatever the job needs.

Through grok.com Connectors: open Novamira, Configuration, in your WordPress admin and pick the grok.com tab. It hands you the connector name and the server URL ready to copy. On grok.com, open Connectors, create a Custom connector, paste the two fields, and authorize the connection from your WordPress when the browser asks. Then start a new chat and ask what Grok sees on your site: if it answers with your content, you are connected.

Inside a Grok bot: the Grok bot tab on the same Configuration page gives you a prompt to copy and paste into the chat, using an Application Password or the same OAuth flow. Grok asks you to authorize from your WordPress admin, and from there the bot works on the site like any other connected client.

In the video, Alvise walks through both setups and shows what the connection unlocks: everything we have built in previous videos, now driven from Grok: full sites described in plain language, frontends converted to native Gutenberg blocks, site audits and security hardening, a complete WooCommerce store.

Novamira is free and open source. Download it, or start from the connection guide in the docs.
