Your AI manages your Weglot configuration the way you would in the Weglot settings: the source language, the destination languages, the language switcher, URL exclusions, and translated slugs. Weglot keeps its configuration in the Weglot Cloud, so your AI stages changes locally and publishes them to the cloud in one step, keeping the two in sync. The content translations themselves live on your Weglot dashboard; the specialization manages the setup around them.

No. The content translations live on your Weglot dashboard. The specialization manages the configuration around them: languages, the switcher, URL rules, and cloud sync.
Do changes go live immediately?
Weglot keeps its configuration in the cloud, so your AI stages changes locally and publishes them to the Weglot Cloud in one step. Until it publishes, nothing changes for visitors.
