Both. Pro elements and the design library light up when the license is active. Your AI warns you up front when a free license would block what you asked for.
Will it overwrite my header on every page?
No. Headers and footers only render when at least one visibility rule matches, so a fresh template stays invisible until you scope it.
Can it manage global tokens?
Yes. Your AI creates variables and global classes before laying out the tree, so colors, spacing, and typography stay reusable across the project.
