Do I need GP Premium?

For Elements, hooks, and Site Library yes. Theme settings work on the free theme. The setup check tells you exactly which modules are active.

Can it install GenerateBlocks?

No. Your AI tells you when GenerateBlocks is missing so the page body composition stays honest, but plugin installs are not in scope.

Is apply-site reversible?

Yes. The integration stores a backup at apply time and exposes a restore call for theme_options, content, or both.
