Novamira CLI: connect coding agents to WordPress from the terminal
July 27, 2026
Novamira now has the Novamira CLI: the best way to connect a coding agent to WordPress from the terminal.
Until now you connected Novamira as an MCP server, and for a chat-style client that is still the way. But if your agent lives in the terminal, like Claude Code, Codex CLI, or Gemini CLI, the CLI is a leaner path to the same Novamira.
Guided connect: the CLI walks the agent through setup and authorization, so getting started is guided, not guesswork.
It troubleshoots itself: if the connection breaks, the agent runs commands, reads the real errors, and works out the fix, with a built-in doctor command. It diagnoses and recovers on its own, instead of going silent.
Filtered output: on the command line the agent keeps only what matters from each result, so verbose output never floods its context.
You install it once and use it across all your sites. Then you point your agent at it in one sentence, approve the site once in the browser, and the built-in guide keeps every step on the safe path.
See the install commands and details on the Novamira CLI page.
The Novamira CLI is free and open source. It runs on macOS, Linux, and Windows, works with any agent that can run shell commands, and connects to a Novamira-enabled WordPress site.
