Does it need Ollie Pro?

No. The theme abilities work with Ollie 1.4.8 or newer; Ollie Pro 2.8.3 or newer adds its editor extensions, which the agent then uses too.

Does it write custom CSS?

It prefers the theme's global styles, style variations and block attributes, so pages stay consistent and editable in the Site Editor.

Does it work on production?

Like the rest of Novamira, it's for development and staging environments with backups.
