Novamira Design
Novamira Design lets your WordPress site have one design system your AI builds within, so your site looks deliberate instead of generic AI slop. It is part of Novamira, the free plugin, and works on every builder and theme.
AI slop is the generic, look-alike output AI tends to produce: the same handful of fonts, the same gradients, identical rows of three cards, vague filler copy. Pages that technically work but look mass-produced, like every other AI-built site.
What it is
A design system is the set of rules that keep a site visually consistent: its fonts, its exact colors, its spacing, its tone of voice, and the rules it holds to (like one accent color). It is what separates a site that looks designed from one that looks generic.
Usually those decisions live in a designer’s head, or get re-invented on every new page, which is why AI-built pages drift and start to look the same. Novamira Design writes them down once and saves them in your WordPress. You do not repeat them in a prompt each session: every page your AI builds already knows your fonts, colors, spacing, voice, and rules, and follows them.
How the design system works
Your design system is stored in WordPress as its own record, separate from your pages, written as exact tokens rather than a loose description. It is surface-agnostic, so one design system can drive any builder or theme. Your AI builds within it, and can check each page against it before publishing.
Novamira keeps your design system as a file inside WordPress. There is no dashboard screen to edit it: you shape and change it by asking your AI, which rewrites that file for you.
How to use it
- Ask your AI, in plain words, to use Novamira Design. Any MCP client connected to Novamira works.
- It sets up a design system for your site. It can match the look your site already has, give an existing site a new one, or start from a short brief (purpose, audience, tone). You do not need to be a designer.
- It shows it on a real page, not a mockup, so you can judge it.
- Once it fits, it stays saved on your site, and your AI builds new pages within it. How bold it gets is your call.
Example prompts
You talk to it in plain words. A few examples:
- “Use Novamira Design, then build a landing page for my studio.”
- “Use Novamira Design to set up my site’s design system, then show me how it looks on a page.”
- “Use Novamira Design to build this page in Elementor.” (or any builder)
- “Use Novamira Design to capture my site’s current look as my design system, then use it on the new pages.”
- “Use Novamira Design to give my site a bolder look, then rebuild the homepage.”
Matching your current site
If your prompt asks to keep the look your site already has, Novamira Design reads your current site and turns that into your design system. Your own choices win: it normally steers away from the usual generic-AI tells, but if the look you are keeping genuinely includes one of them, capturing your site records it as a deliberate part of your brand, so it is kept, not corrected. The checks exist to stop accidental AI slop, not to override the real design you already have.
Your rules come first
The anti-slop checks are defaults, not hard walls. If your brand really wants something they normally avoid, like a certain font or a purple accent, just tell your AI to make it a rule. From then on it counts as your choice, not slop.
You set a rule by asking, in plain words:
- “Keep the font we already use, don’t change it.”
- “Our brand color is purple, use it as the accent.”
It works on any builder
One design system drives them all: any builder, Gutenberg, block themes, custom themes, and more. Novamira stays the editor on every surface.
Novamira Design is part of the free plugin. With Novamira Pro, the results get sharper: it goes deeper on specific builders.

- The final page also depends on the AI model and client you connect: a more capable model gives a sharper result.
